At Yale Home, we want you to feel secure in your home security choices. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, including all manuals, hardware, and components, and securely tape the box shut.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
